Software pricing in this industry is rarely one number, and Limo Anywhere’s is a base fee, a per-trip meter, a setup charge, an overage rate and an add-on list. None of that is hidden; it is all on their pricing page. What is missing is the arithmetic, so this post does the arithmetic. Two things to notice before the add-ons. The base is an entry price: the page lists bases scaling with trip volume well above these figures. And the per-trip fee applies to every trip inside the allowance too, so the base never stands alone.

The one worth pausing on is the passenger app. On CORE and PLUS, the thing your customers touch is a US$99-per-month extra with its own setup fee.
Worked example: a 5-car fleet, 500 trips a month
Taking entry base prices, on CORE:
- Base: $99
- Trip fees: 500 × $0.25 = $125
- Passenger app: $99
- Messaging Manager: $39
- Monthly: $362, before payment processing
- One-time: $299 setup + $199 app setup = $498
A busy December that runs 600 trips adds 100 overage trips at $0.50: $50 more. Growth has a meter attached, which is the structural thing to understand about per-trip pricing: the software bill scales with your success even when nothing about your usage of the software changes.
At PLUS scale the same shape repeats: 1,500 trips is $249 + $300 = $549 a month at the entry base, with messaging included and the app still extra.
The questions this math suggests asking any vendor
What is the all-in monthly at my trip volume, add-ons included? What happens to the bill in my best month? Is the thing my passengers see included or metered separately? What are the one-time charges to start, and what do I pay in year one versus the sticker price? Published pricing that survives those four questions is rarer in this category than it should be.
How Vecturo compares
Different structure, deliberately: Vecturo is flat AUD tiers (GST-inclusive) with no per-trip metering and no overage rates, so a 600-trip December costs the same as a 400-trip May. Driver apps are included on every plan. Billing is month-to-month with no lock-in contract, and founding operators keep their launch pricing for life.
