Vecturo Driver app

Who can use it

The app is for chauffeurs whose company runs its bookings on Vecturo. Your company creates your account, so there is no sign-up in the app. If you have not been invited yet, ask your company’s office.

Signing in

Enter the email address your company has on file and tap Send sign-in code. We email you a 6-digit code that works for 10 minutes. No code? Check your junk folder, wait for the resend timer and tap Resend code, then check with your company that they have your current email address.

Location

The app shares your location with your company’s dispatch while you are on duty: during trips, and between trips while a vehicle is assigned to you. For this to work when your phone is locked or you are in a navigation app, set location access to Always (iPhone) or Allow all the time (Android). Location sharing stops when you go off duty.

• iPhone: Settings, Vecturo Driver, Location, Always, with Precise Location on.
• Android: Settings, Apps, Vecturo Driver, Permissions, Location, Allow all the time, with Use precise location on.

Notifications

Turn notifications on so you hear about new offers, changes, cancellations and passenger messages. On iPhone, that is Settings, Notifications, Vecturo Driver. On Android, it is Settings, Apps, Vecturo Driver, Notifications.

Problems with a trip

Your company’s dispatch team manages bookings, so call them about pickup times, passengers or payments. We cannot change a booking for them.

Problems with the app

In the app, go to Profile and tap Provide App Feedback. You can attach screenshots and choose whether to include your contact details. Or email us.
